How it works

1

Drop your logo

A transparent PNG gives the most flexibility, but any image works. Check or uncheck the sizes you need.

2

Set the style

Transparent, white or brand-color background, plus a padding slider so tight crops never touch the edges.

3

Download the kit

Every size renders at full resolution, organised into folders and named like youtube-profile-800x800.png.

Why use this tool

Safe-area aware banners — the YouTube banner is 2560×1440 but TVs, desktops and phones each crop it differently — your logo is placed inside the 1546×423 zone visible everywhere.
17 presets, hand-checked — profile sizes for YouTube, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitch, Discord and Facebook, plus banners, app icons and the 1200×630 OG share image.
Sensible file names — platform-purpose-dimensions, sorted into folders — future-you will be grateful.
Full-resolution output — each file renders at the platform\u2019s native pixels, not a scaled screenshot.
Private by design — pure in-browser canvas work; nothing uploads.

Every platform has opinions about pixels, and they change just often enough to make googling "YouTube banner size" a quarterly ritual. This resizer bakes the current answers in: the profile sizes each network actually serves, the banner dimensions with their real safe areas (the YouTube one alone has ended a thousand channel-art dreams), the 1200×630 Open Graph image that decides how your links look when shared, and the icon sizes app stores expect. One upload, one ZIP, seventeen correctly-named files.

It slots into a natural workflow with the other tools here: clean your logo first with the background remover, generate the browser-tab set with the favicon generator, and keep your colors consistent using the palette extractor. And since profile pictures are static but attention is not — the single biggest upgrade for a channel or storefront is an animated version of that same logo. Try it free in the animator, or have it hand-crafted from $35.

Frequently asked questions

Why is my logo small on the YouTube banner?

That is the safe area doing its job: YouTube crops the 2560×1440 canvas differently on TV, desktop and mobile, and only a 1546×423 center zone survives everywhere. Your logo is placed inside it so no device ever cuts it off.

Should I use transparent or a background color?

Profile pictures usually look best with your brand color or white behind the logo, since platforms render transparency over unpredictable backgrounds. Banners and OG images almost always want a solid background.

Are these sizes current?

Yes — the preset list reflects current platform specifications, and because generation is dynamic, updating a preset updates every future export.

Can I pick just a few sizes?

Absolutely — every preset has a checkbox; the ZIP contains only what you selected.

Is my logo uploaded to a server?

No. Rendering and zipping both happen in your browser; the file never leaves your machine.
